Under Ten Schoolboys

St Cormacs v Tombrack United

Our Under Ten boys continue to impress with every game and were impressive when they traveled to Boolavogue and all players put in an excellent performance

Under Eleven Schoolgirls Friendly

Tombrack United  2  Ballindaggin FC  2

With the first round of the cup on, Tombrack Under eleven girls played a friendly against Premier side Ballindaggin in Ballyboy on Saturday morning. It was a good run out for the girls and they took the lead twice with Ballindaggin levelling just near the end of each half. Mikayla Tobin Cosgrave scored both goals for Tombrack in an overall good team performance and they are ready for when they resume league action in two weeks

Upcoming Table Quiz

Friday February 9th will see the brainiest (or not so brainy) club members meet in Colemans to decide who is the smartest with Quiz Master David "Buggy" Kennedy asking the questions. This is a brilliant night of fun and entertainment with the privilege of being deemed the most intelligent in the club being the honour

Table of Four is a very cheap €20 and everyone is asked to support what is one of our more enjoyable fund raisers of the year

Our men's first team found it difficult to shrug off the cobwebs after the Christmas break when they traveled to title challengers Gorey Rangers and in a game of few chances, it was the home side who came out on top to remain unbeaten and top of the table. Wexford Volkswagon Cup First Round

Tombrack United B  0  Shelburne United  3

Despite not being at their strongest, our mens second team put in a creditable performance against a Shelburne side who never really got complete control of a game they were expected to win easily. Tombrack made life difficult for the Division Three A side but were unable to do anything by the three goals scored by the visitors. The lads will now prepare for their Gwyn Jones Cup game at home to Enniscorthy United next Sunday

Wexford Women's League Division Two A / Two B

Fastnet Rovers  1  Tombrack United  2

Our Women moved to the top of Division Two B when they travelled to Fastnet Rovers and came away with a very important three points after a dogged battle against a team we have now played seven times in three years. For the first twenty minutes, the cobwebs and rustiness were obvious as our women struggled to settle into any sort of rhythm
